Ole-Christen Enger (NO)

Mr. Enger took the position as CEO of Hydrovolt in October 2023, a leading battery recycling company operating the Nordic region’s largest battery recycling plant based in Fredrikstad, Norway. The company delivers services within reuse assessments and recycling solutions focused on batteries from EVs and industrial applications – and recovers battery materials enabling a circular economy.

Mr. Enger has a background in the aluminum recycling business and has had several leadership positions within Norsk Hydro. He has extensive experience in operations as well as in developing and executing industrial projects across the world.

He holds an MSc degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU, Norway.
