You are considering joining the most important EV conference in Europe, but you have a few questions! Understandable. Below is the list of the most commonly asked questions.

The event dates for 2026 are Wednesday May 6 and Thursday May 7. The event will be held at NOVA Spektrum in Lillestrøm, a suburb of Oslo with excellent train connections to downtown Oslo.
NOVA Spektrum is centrally located in Lillestrøm, with a short distance to Oslo Central Station and Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

Conference Ticket:
Choose between a 2-day or 1-day Conference Ticket depending on your availability. Both options includes access to all conference sessions, networking & exhibition areas, incl. food and refreshments during the event day(s).
Upon registration, you will receive a wristband. The wristband serves as access control to the Main Stage, Parallel Stage, and the restaurant areas throughout the conference. The ticket is personal and non-transferable. Please ensure that your wristband is worn at all times during the event.
Exhibtion Ticket:
Access to networking and exhibition areas, including the PwC sponsor stage. Note: Does not include access to the conference programme and/or food & refreshments.
Payment:
NOVA Spektrum only accepts debit or credit cards. For more information, please read our Terms of Service
Wire transfer is only accepted for large orders and upon request, please email our event team
Refund and swapping tickets:
It’s important to double-check that you have chosen the right tickets before the purchase is confirmed. NOVA Spektrum can neither refund tickets that have already been bought nor exchange these for other tickets. Please read our Terms of Service.
You have the option to change the name on your ticket up to 24 hours before the event starts. Transfer it to a client, colleague, or friend if your plans change.

The tickets currently visible in your profile are registered in your name.
Please note that every attendee must have a ticket issued in their own name. When you give away a ticket, it will automatically update to the recipient’s name.

Enter your email address and select “Sign in with login link.”
SENDER:
- Log in and choose Tickets in the menu.
- Click Give Ticket on the ticket you want to transfer.
- Enter the recipient’s email address.
- If you want to give away several ticket types at once, you may select multiple and transfer them in one action. - Click Give Ticket to confirm.
You’re done! The ticket will now appear under Sent tickets.
Orange indicates that the ticket has been shared correctly.
Green means the recipient has accepted the ticket.
RECIPIENT:
The recipient will receive an email from noreply@novaspektrum.no notifying them that a ticket has been shared with them. They must sign in to view and accept the ticket.

The Welcome Reception is an informal gathering for early arrivers as well as a meeting place to mingle with peers. The Welcome Reception will be held in the evening Tuesday May 5. 6.00-8.00 PM. at NOVA Spektrum LOBBY Bar & Restaurant. Note: Separate ticket required.
The Social Mingling Party takes place on the evening of Wednesday, May 6.
Participants will enjoy an electric boat cruise on the Oslofjord. Boat departure is from the Opera House pier at 6.30 PM

The train from Oslo Central station, takes about ten minutes and has several departures from the station each hour. When in Lillestrøm, NOVA Spektrum is located next to the train station.
Note: When arriving the train station in Lillestrøm, take to the right at the bottom of the stairs and follow the signs to NOVA Spektrum.
The Lillestrøm train station is the only stop between the airport and Oslo Central station on the Airport Express train. Just make sure you don’t board the Airport Express train that goes directly to Oslo Central. There are also local trains departing from Oslo Airport to Lillestrøm. Once in Lillestrøm, the Norway Trade Fairs is located next to the train station.

Do you need accommodation? Please book directly to your preferred hotel.
Thon Hotel Arena is next door to NOVA Spektrum and Scandic Hotel Lillestrøm is just a short walk from the venue.

We recommend to make reservations in advance and as early as possible to secure availability. From our experience, booking in advance aslo gives you the opportunity to save money.
