Michelle Wong (UK)

Michelle Wong leads the Europe Acceptance Business Development team at Visa, and is responsible for creating new use cases for card acceptance in underpenetrated verticals. Michelle joined Visa in 2014, where she has held strategy and commercial roles driving initiatives on small business, acceptance and usage growth, and financial inclusion. Most recently, she was the chief of staff for Visa’s Europe Merchant Sales & Acquiring team where she played pivotal role in setting the strategic direction for Visa’s seller side clients. Prior to Visa, she worked as a financial services strategy and transformation consultant at Capgemini. Michelle has lived and worked in Europe and North America, and has worked with clients across all continents.
