Kristian Gulheim has been a devoted fan of American culture for as long as he can remember. You’ll often see him at country music events wearing cowboy attire, and he has interviewed many country artists such as Alan Jackson, Kenny Rogers, and Buck Owens.
He strongly believes in the pioneering spirit, which, for him, means cattle herding by horseback and a simpler way of life. He spent one year, in 1997 and 1999, working on ranches in South Dakota and Wisconsin as a wrangler.
For Kristian to stay in touch with the American way of life, he has almost always driven American cars and trucks that some people might categorize as “gas guzzlers”. However, due to a 1 hour, 70 km commute, he has realized that electric vehicles are the way to go.
