Dany Carvalho (FR)

Dany Carvalho is the CEO of RiverCat France, an innovative company that has successfully implemented a river shuttle project called “MonBeauBateau”. This project is designed to be easily replicable in many metropolitan areas with a waterway. Under Mr. Carvalho’s leadership, the company has quickly progressed towards its short-term objectives, including the development and launch of the project. In less than two years, thanks to his professionalism and his team’s expertise, RiverCat will operate three river shuttle lines in Île-de-France by 2024, two more lines by 2025 and develop the same service in other cities in France.

By winning the VNF and AIT (Transport Ministry) project call for proposals with his partner Hyke, RiverCat has distinguished itself and convinced public and private institutions of its credibility and potential for developing sustainable waterborne service.
