Andreas Müller (CH)
In 2022 when the ABB E-mobility business was structured into three business lines – Destination, Fleet and Public charging, Andreas Müller was appointed as SVP, leading the global public charging infrastructure offering. In this role Andreas is responsible to drive ABB’s solutions targeted at charge point operators around the world.
Prior to this role, Andreas was for 6 years part of ABB’s product management team – first 5 years in the Netherlands at the headquarter of the company, before moving back to Switzerland in 2021. In this time Andreas was expanding the product portfolio from a public fast charging focused offering around the 50kW Terra family to a leading portfolio for Fleet, Public and Destination Charging ranging from few kilowatt to megawatts today.
Before joining ABB E-mobility in 2016, Andreas held various roles at ABB in the Power Electronics unit and at the Division Discrete Automation and Motion where Andreas was part of a global sales and operational excellence program for Drives, Motors, Robotics and Converter Products.
Andreas has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), and a Master in Technology Management from the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ) and is a Swiss citizen.
