Jostein Iversen has more than a decade of experience in the EV charging and e‑mobility industry, with a background from key players such as Tesla, Fortum Charge & Drive, and Kempower. He is currently Head of Sales and Country Manager for Norway, Denmark, and Iceland at Kempower, working closely with charge point operators, fleet owners, and partners to scale reliable and user‑friendly charging infrastructure.

With hands‑on commercial experience across vehicle OEMs, charging operators, and charging technology providers, Jostein brings a holistic perspective on how Plug & Charge, interoperability, and seamless user experiences can reduce friction, drive utilization, and reshape business models as the charging market matures.
