Jan Haugen Ihle (NO)

Jan Haugen Ihle is engaged in key advisory and leadership roles within the EV charging sector. As Executive Advisor at Plugit, he supports strategic development and decision-making while leading the company’s expansion into Sweden. At Compleo Nordic, he is vital in refining sales processes and driving high-power charging (HPC) sales to key customers.

Last year, he served as Head of International Sales at Compleo Charging Solutions, where he led cross-border sales strategies, managed international teams, and cultivated key partnerships for global growth. His responsibilities included spearheading market entry initiatives and establishing Compleo’s presence in new regions.

Mr. Ihle was part of the startup team at IONITY, helping build one of Europe’s leading high-power charging networks. As Head of North and Western Europe, he was responsible for developing IONITY’s network across the Nordics, Baltics, UK, Ireland, France, Portugal, and Spain, ensuring seamless access to ultra-fast EV charging.

Earlier in his career, as Country Manager at Fortum Charge & Drive (now Recharge), he played a crucial role in establishing and developing Norway’s largest and most successful EV charging network. By implementing customer-centric solutions and fostering strategic partnerships, he contributed to making Norway a global leader in e-mobility.
