Isabel Gorgoso (ES)
Isabel Gorgoso is a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She began her professional career in 1999 at Nortel Networks, participating in optical network deployment projects and later joining the European 3G network development group, as an integration engineer in international projects.
In 2005 she joined IZO, a leading company in customer experience, where for 5 years she held different positions, leading the company’s technological area, as well as the management of large accounts, being part of the company’s Management Committee.
Between 2010 and the end of 2011 she held the positions of Commercial Director at Unísono Technologies and Director of Customers at Unísono.
At the end of 2011, she joined Iberdrola as Customer Experience Manager of Customer Service until 2019, when she was appointed Head of Public ev Recharging, leading the strategic deployment project in Spain, Portugal, Italy and the UK.
In 2020 she assumed the position of Head of Smart Cities, developing the company’s new business unit, until joining Cepsa in November 2021 as Director of New Mobility, leading new mobility models based on clean energies.
In addition, Isabel Gorgoso has been a professor at ICMD/ESIC between 2007 and 2019 and currently collaborates at ISDI.
