Ingrid Dahl Hovland (NO)

Ingrid Dahl Hovland was appointed Director of Norwegian Public Roads Administration in October 2019, transitioning from her role as CEO of Nye Veier AS, a company she led from its inception in 2016. Hovland holds a degree in civil engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH). She began her career with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration in 1985, where she worked for 11 years, including as a project manager for tunnel construction. She has also held leadership positions at Veidekke, Selvaag Bygg, and the concrete supplier Spenncon.
