Hans-Olav Høidahl is Executive Vice President Operations Europe for Circle K, part of the Executive Leadership Team in Alimentation Couche-Tard, a global leader in the convenience sector with 14 200 stores in 26 countries.
Hans-Olav Høidahl is responsible for a network of energy stations in nine European countries, with a mandate to use Norway as the global lab for e-mobility. Circle K use the experience from Norway and Scandinavia to position the global company in the sustainable energy transition.
In 2020 Circle K received the NACS award “Most important store of 2020” for Circle K Bamble with its 32 high-speed chargers and unique accommodation for EV customers. In 2021 Circle K opened its innovative energy station Kongsbergporten with a fully electric forecourt, solar panel power supply and intelligent battery container solution to minimize power cost and grid load.
