Berit Lid Scharff (NO)

Berit is the founder of Inlustro, an advisory firm working at the intersection of Norwegian technology, international business expansion, and Latin America’s green transition. She advises Norwegian tech companies on identifying and developing opportunities in Latin American markets where demand for sustainable infrastructure and energy solutions is rapidly growing. 

Through Inlustro, Berit works closely with industry players in sectors such as electric mobility, renewable energy, aviation, and water management. Her work centers on building commercial bridges between Norway and Latin America, particularly in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, supporting companies with market strategy, partnerships, and on-the-ground execution. Her goal is to position Norwegian technology as a catalyst for sustainable development across Latin America. 

Berit serves on the boards of several Norwegian technology companies. Before establishing Inlustro, she was Northern Europe Marketing Director at Cisco. She holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School with international studies at NUS in Singapore, Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, and BSB in France.
