Wu Meng is an experienced automotive executive with a strong background in vehicle safety, product strategy, and international R&D.
From 2008 to 2015, he worked at BMW AG in Germany as a Safety Engineer and later as Technical Policy and Regulation Manager. Between 2015 and 2018, he served as Head of Product for the BMW 3 and 4 Series at BMW China, overseeing product development and market strategy.
Since 2019, Wu Meng has been with XPENG Motors, initially as Head of Product Management. In 2023, he took on a broader international role as Head of Overseas Product & Engineering and Head of XPENG’s European R&D Center, leading the company’s global product and engineering initiatives.
