Fabio Espindola is the Lead for Sustainable Mobility and Urban Energy Efficiency at the Executive Secretariat for Climate Change in the City of São Paulo, where he coordinates COMFROTA, the interdepartmental committee responsible for advancing the transition to cleaner public and private transport fleets. He leads strategic initiatives in sustainable mobility, vehicle electrification, and climate policy implementation, working closely with national and international partners to accelerate urban decarbonization.
