Carla Trevino is the EV Security Director at Irdeto, leading a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that build trust and resilience in the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem.
Before stepping into this role, Carla was a Solution Architect for Connected Transport at Irdeto, applying her deep expertise in automotive cybersecurity and connectivity. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership positions at Daimler, where she gained extensive experience in connectivity, electromobility, and autonomous driving. She holds an MSc specializing in autonomous driving.
In her current role, Carla is responsible for shaping and implementing industry-aligned cybersecurity solutions, ensuring a secure, seamless, and scalable experience for EV stakeholders. She bridges technical innovation with real-world needs, driving the future of secure bidirectional charging, connected infrastructure, and EV security.
