Elise Must (NO) – Hydro

Elise Must is Head of Strategy and Sustainability in Batteries, Hydro.

She started her career working with investment analysis, strategy and M&A. She has held several management positions, and headed up Hydro Corporate Strategy before embarking on a PhD in Political Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The focus of the PhD was inequality and conflict, particularly in areas with extractive industries. Returning to Hydro in 2016 she spent four years as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility before moving on to her current position.

Elise also holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
