Johan Mild (FI)

Johan Mild is a senior executive specializing in business transformation, infrastructure services, and the electrification of transport. As CEO of Plugit Finland, he leads the company’s growth in EV charging infrastructure and smart energy solutions, supporting the transition toward scalable and data-driven electric mobility across the Nordic region.  

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Johan has led organizations operating in industrial services, environmental solutions, and facility management. Prior to Plugit, he served as CEO of Remeo Group, where he advanced circular economy services and sustainable waste management solutions. Earlier in his career, he led companies in Facility Services as CEO, developing integrated service operations for large enterprises and public sector clients.  

Johan is known for combining data-driven management, operational scaling, and organizational transformation to build growth platforms in infrastructure-intensive industries. In parallel with his executive roles, he contributes to governance and strategic development as a board leader. 

His expertise bridges strategy, operational execution, and sustainable infrastructure, helping organizations scale new service models and accelerate the transition toward more resource-efficient and electrified systems.
