Max Seely joined EQT Partners in 2020 as part of the firm’s effort to develop their presence in the UK. Since joining, Max has been involved in a number of EQT investments into the UK energy space: Encyclis (the Energy-from-Waste developer and owner), InstaVolt (the public charging operator) and Statera (the flexible generation developer and owner).
Prior to this, Max spent a number of years in the UK M&A advisory team at Citi where he advised on transactions mostly in the transport, energy and pharmaceutical markets.
Max holds a B.A. in Classics from Oxford University.
