Ole-Christen Enger (NO)

Ole-Christen took the position as CEO of Hydrovolt in October 2023, a leading EV battery recycling and raw materials company operating one of Europe’s largest and most sustainable recycling plants in Fredrikstad, Norway.

Ole-Christen has a background from the aluminium recycling business and has had several leadership positions within Norsk Hydro. He has extensive experience in operations as well as in developing and executing industrial projects across the world.

He holds an MSc degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU, Norway.
