Silvia Rojas Soto is the Executive Director of the Costa Rican Association of Electric Mobility ASOMOVE and President of the Latin American Association of Sustainable Mobility ALAMOS.
She has a degree in Collective Communication, a Law degree, and a master degree in Project Management.
Silvia worked in the Costarrican Congress, where she drafted the Law on Incentives and Promotion for Electric Transport. She also worked in the Presidency of the Republic of Costa Rica as presidential counselor on sustainable mobility issues.
Currently, from her role in civil society, she promotes zero technology emissions and promotes actions to overcome the carbon era and accelerate towards a decarbonized economy.
