Karolina Adolfsson (SE)

Karolina Adolfsson, Head of Innovation at Norled and Co-founder of SHIFTR, brings 17 years of maritime industry experience, with the last 12 years focused on electrical ferries and fast ferries. At Norled, she contributed to the early stages of the green shift, including the development of M/F Ampere, the world’s first battery-electric car ferry.

Currently, Karolina is engaged in business development at SHIFTR, an autonomous battery swap technology, preparing for commercialization to make SHIFTR available in the market. Karolina holds a master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.
