Climate Agency at the City of Oslo

André Aasrud is a senior adviser with the Climate Agency at the City of Oslo where he among other tasks is working to bring about the transition to zero-emission construction machinery in Oslo. Prior to his current position at the City of Oslo, he led the emissions trading unit at the Norwegian Environment Agency.

Previously, he worked on climate change issues for over a decade at the International Energy Agency and the World Bank. He holds a Masters degree in International Relations from John Hopkins University.
