Alexander Verduyn (BE)

Alexander is working for DG MOVE’s sustainable transport team, and responsible for electromobility in the context of the new Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation. He is managing the European Alternative Fuels Observatory (EAFO), which is the key gateway to any kind of data on alternative fuels. He also manages the Sustainable Transport Forum (STF) expert group, which advises the Commission on alternative fuels policy and currently operates a sub-group dedicated to alternative fuels data. He has a background in competition and energy, having previously worked for DG COMP and in the energy sector.
